Our area is overlapped by two MLS systems - one is the River Counties Association of Realtors (RCAR); the other is the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors (KAAR). Generally, RCAR covers southeast Tennessee, and KAAR covers northeast Tennessee. Also, some agents are members of both MLS systems (including The Morgan Team) and list properties in both systems; therefore, you might find some duplication of properties. Keep in mind that you will be searching The Morgan Team IDX site of available MLS properties and not the actual MLS systems themselves (which are available only to real estate agents).
